Hello, I’m Kyle Scott and I’m excited to be one of the TA’s for Natural Resource Ecology!  

I’m a sophomore (2021) majoring in Forestry. When I’m not at WSU you can find me doing my favorite hobbies like restoring old cars, building wooden fishing boats to use on the many lakes in central Washington, gardening or cooking interesting new recipes. I’ve come to WSU with a background in agriculture and an almost decade-long career in heavy equipment operation and golf course operations and maintenance.   

I’m hoping to be able to translate my experiences here at WSU to a career as a forester or one involved in wildfire research and remediation efforts. I have a passion for the subjects that this class covers and I hope I will be able to pass a bit of that on to you!
