My name is Aidan Aumell and I am a graduate student in the Education in Curriculum and Instruction master’s degree program at Washington State University. I am passionate about education, technology, and the natural environment.

I co-founded Virtual Ecology as an undergraduate student in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to provide students in Natural Resource Ecology with a virtual field trip to Kamiak Butte. I continue to work on the project as I work on completing my master’s degree in the College of Education.

My aspiration is to continue to get more undergraduate students and faculty involved in the project.
